Medisoft suddenly freezes when entering diagnosis

When entering diagnosis and medisoft freezes and the windows 10 patch has been applied before already as well as the new patches but still, the medisoft suddenly freezes while you are entering diagnosis or transaction, but can still click on other tabs. With this, leave transaction screen as it is and then click on windows menu at the top and click on the 3 clear buttons; clear windows positions, clear custom grid settings, clear saved message box selections. Log off medisoft and log back in. You should be able the continue entering diagnosis in the transaction screen now.
